Here's a list of the of the top 15 Philippine celebrities on Twitter based on the number of followers as of April 2, 2012.  Also included is their global rank among the Global Top 1,000 Twitter users taken from twittercounter.com.  Anne Curtis takes a huge lead above the rest at #1 in the Philippines and #192 globally with over 2.5M followers.

Following 200 notches below in the global rank is Angel Locsin with 1.6M followers.













Interesting to note that the top 15 Philippine celebrities on Twitter are female dominated and on the ABS-CBN roster of talents.  Vice Ganda, Sam Milby and Luis Manzano are the only 3 male celebrities in the Top 15 list.
